Extremely untrustworthy. They will provide the service, competency levels vary between therapists, very arrogant attitudes, don’t trust the results. Really rather upset after my experience. Left with much worse hair than before, which when I specifically asked about in my initial consultation they were adamant it wasn’t an issue. There are so many issues that is just too long for this review. But they’re focus is getting money and not providing a successful service

I have been to Laser clinics Australia 4 times already (previously at Newcastle branch), i always had good service and good results. At Chatswood clinic, though, the girls that performed the service was lovely but the results were non exisiting. Waste of money and time. A month later and there was absolutely no difference in hair growth, not sure if calibration was done wrong in the machine but every other time I could go for a good while without hair removal and this time the results sucked! I would love to hear a feedback from the clinic. thanks

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Laser Clinics Australia in Chatswood, and it's all thanks to the incredible therapist, Olivia! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The clinic itself is modern and inviting, creating a serene atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Olivia's expertise is truly unparalleled. She took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment process, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her attention to detail and precision were impressive, and I felt confident in her hands. Not only is Olivia a skilled therapist, but she also has a wonderful personality. Would give an 0 rating if I could. Overall extremely brusque and rude customer service, they also bungled my treatment and gave me something different from what I’d booked. Context is that I’d prepaid for an Aquafacial, but upon coming in, the lady at reception informed me they were unable to commit to it and could only give me a microdermabrasion treatment (which is 20min shorter) - with the reasoning being they believed I had active acne, even though it was residual scarring from a bad period breakout a few weeks prior, so they could not perform the treatment if there were existing blemishes - never mind that I’d previously had the same facial done months prior with a less ideal skin condition, with no issues. I’d had a pretty long day at work and just wanted this over with, so agreed as I thought that’s fine, microdermabrasion is cheaper, and assumed they’d just refund me for the excess fee from the original Aquafacial (which is about 3-4 times more expensive). The specialist was extremely rough scrubbing my face prior to the suction, and then whilst doing the treatment kept commenting how red my face was, even though it was a direct result of her rough handling! After the treatment, they asked me to pay $50+, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal except for the fact that lsince I’d originally booked and prepaid for a different treatment, shouldn’t I be refunded for the excess cost (keeping in mind the Aquafacial price is between $130-200 depending on if it’s on sale)? To which they acted super confused and said “someone must have cancelled or overridden your original booking in our system” so it no longer existed, and that I still needed to pay for the microdermabrasion treatment as it’s different. After some pushback from their end, the resolution was that I could “keep” the original booking for a later date and that they’d charge me for today’s treatment - I was already pretty fed up at this point and just agreed, and only asked to ensure that the original Aquafacial booking is indeed recorded on my account as still eligible to be used. They confirmed this but upon checking my account later, there’s absolutely no mention or indication that this is the case at all! Overall very disappointed, and there’s prob a reason why people only tend to come to this franchise to do laser hair removal as opposed to their facial treatments, if this is the kind of attitude you receive from their staff.

Avoid this branch really - arrived 5 mins late in sweat to get my treatment due to train delayed and the lady at the reception just said unfortunately you are late to your appointment and need to be rescheduled and sorry can't do it now because appointments are back to back, despite no customers are seen in the clinic. Waste of my time to come here.

BBL hero is amazing! It’s like the Swiss Army knife of skincare and can do anything (tighten skin, reduce pigmentation, etc.). I had a couple of face, neck and décolletage Forever Flawless treatments ($649 each) 4 weeks apart and the results are incredible and visible already. Treatments took about 40 mins and were not painful. Slightly uncomfortable on the cheeks, but not as bad as the usual laser pigmentation treatments. They left my face slightly flushed but there were none of the darkened bits that older laser treatments left me with (until they peeled off), meaning no downtime. This treatment really is the Holy Grail of Anti-Ageing and Laser Clinics Chatswood make it quick, convenient and affordable. Oh and their stick-on eye patches mean they can get to where they need to (unlike goggles).
